1. Nutrient-Rich Diet

•    Vitamin C: Known for its immune-boosting properties, vitamin C can be found in citrus fruits, strawberries, bell peppers, and broccoli. It helps stimulate the production of white blood cells, which are essential for fighting infections.
•    Vitamin D: Often called the “sunshine vitamin,” vitamin D supports immune function by enhancing pathogen-fighting effects of monocytes and macrophages. Good sources include fortified foods, fatty fish like salmon, and moderate sun exposure.

2. Adequate Sleep
